Starting at the beginning - 18 years ago I became associated with the real estate industry as an investor focusing on Calgary properties through various investment strategies. This is when my interest in being a real estate professional was sparked. From that point I have worked extremely hard creating a successful real estate business that continues to grow every year.

My last 14 years have provided me with experience in all types of residential sales and purchases including detached homes, attached homes (duplexes and luxury infills), condominiums (apartment and townhouse), acreage properties, foreclosures, and all sorts of investment opportunities. I have not been limited to sales in any specific area of Calgary but I have been working a lot in the Luxury Homes sector and inner city homes over the last several years.

A client-centric and no pressure approach to my real estate business is the core of my business philosophy.

I also believe in providing the same quality of service for all property price ranges. This leads to a large part of my success; happy clients and my continuous referrals. Based on compliments from my clients, family, and friends, if they had to describe me relating to my real estate services, they would say High Intergity, Experienced / Knowledgeable, and Quality Service. These characteristics are important to me as they help provide all my clients with peace of mind knowing that I am looking after their best interests.

A little bit about me.

I am originally from a small town Golden, BC where a lot of my family still resides. Currently, I am happily living in the neighborhood of Lakeview with my wife Catherine and my little dog Zefram. Travelling to a new city every year is a goal for me and of course I have to escape to a nice tropical location in the winter time. As for activities I try to get out and play hockey each week (my attempt to stay in shape). I used to be an avid fisherman but the city life has been limiting. I also like golfing and reading a good challenging book that stretches my mind. My education background includes a degree in computer science at the University of Calgary, which definitely contributes to my analytical and technical skill set.
